Training & Capacity Building

The training programmes are designed and delivered from the point of enriching the skill sets of employees already working in Banking and Financial Sector. The areas of training are planned and articulated according to evolving priorities and relevance to the banking sector from time to time as guided by the Governing Board of the Institute.  Similarly, Leadership Programmes are intended to develop pipeline leadership for the banks so as to build human resources to take up next level of responsibilities. A combination of technical and conceptual skills are imparted to improve the overall quality of human resource and to build capacity of the institutions and make people 'Future Ready'.
